2. Quotes and estimates

  • All quotes are based on initial inspection or information provided
  • Quotes may change if additional issues are discovered during work
  • We will contact you for approval before proceeding with additional work where practical
  • Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated

3. Vehicle condition and pre-existing issues

  • Vehicles are accepted in their current condition
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing faults, hidden damage, or structural weaknesses
  • Additional issues discovered during repair may require further work and cost

4. Authorisation of work

By approving a quote or instructing us to proceed:

  • You authorise us to carry out agreed works
  • You accept responsibility for all associated costs
  • You consent to necessary disassembly, testing, welding, fabrication, or modification work

5. Fabrication and custom work

For custom fabrication, trays, canopies, suspension modifications and engineering:

  • All work is custom and may vary slightly from initial concepts or drawings
  • Lead times are estimates only
  • Modifications may be required during the build process for safety, compliance or fitment
  • Engineering compliance is subject to applicable regulations and third-party approvals where required

6. Parts and materials

  • Parts may be new, reconditioned or aftermarket unless specified
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by suppliers
  • Manufacturer warranties apply where relevant
  • Labour associated with warranty claims may not be covered

7. Timeframes

  • Timeframes are estimates only
  • Delays may occur due to parts availability, complexity of repairs or unforeseen issues
  • We are not liable for losses due to delays

8. Payment terms

  • Payment is required prior to vehicle collection unless otherwise agreed
  • Deposits may be required for fabrication or major works
  • We reserve the right to retain possession of the vehicle until full payment is received

9. Storage and abandoned vehicles

  • Storage fees may apply if vehicles are not collected within a reasonable timeframe after completion
  • Vehicles left uncollected may be treated as abandoned in accordance with applicable laws

10. Test driving and operation

  • We may test drive vehicles where necessary
  • By engaging our services, you consent to reasonable operation of your vehicle for diagnostic and testing purposes

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided
  • We do not guarantee outcomes where underlying issues exist beyond the scope of work

12. Safety and compliance

  • All work is carried out with safety as a priority
  • Modified or custom vehicles may require engineering certification
  • It is the owner’s responsibility to ensure ongoing compliance with road laws

13. Cancellations and refunds

  • Deposits may be non-refundable once work has commenced or materials have been ordered
  • Refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis
